Business Brand WhatsApp sends your customer messages from your own verified WhatsApp Business number, so shoppers see your brand name instead of a generic sender. COD King connects the number, then sends a WhatsApp template message each time an order event happens: order placed, COD verification, shipped, delivered and more.
Your WhatsApp number and verified business name, with a Verified badge and a Quality rating from WhatsApp (for example Quality: high). Manage account opens the account page.
Last 7 days
Messages sent, Delivered, Read and Failed counts. Click View next to Failed to see which messages failed. The links Inbox, AI agent and View activity sit above the counts.
Customer notifications
One row per event, with a counter such as “3 of 14 turned on”. Manage all opens the notification list.
Campaigns and My templates
Shortcuts to create a campaign or a template. See Templates.
The Quality rating comes from WhatsApp, not from COD King. It reflects how customers react to your messages. Keep it high by sending only messages customers expect.
Each row shows the event, what triggers it and, once it is on, a Live badge, the template it sends, how many messages went out this week, and the Read and Replied rates for the last 30 days. The COD to prepaid row also shows a Clicked rate.

Order placed
Every time a new order is placed.
Order placed — partial payment
When an order is placed as a partial payment (advance paid online, balance on delivery). If it has no template, the normal Order placed template is used.
COD order verification
After a cash on delivery order is placed. The customer taps Confirm to proceed or Cancel to cancel the order.
COD verification reminder
Reminds the customer to confirm a COD order they have not answered yet.
COD to prepaid
Invites a COD customer to pay online instead.
Order fulfilled
When an order is fulfilled and has tracking info.
Out for delivery
When the courier marks the shipment out for delivery. Needs your shipping integration.
Order delivered
When the courier marks the shipment delivered. Needs your shipping integration.
Feedback request
Asks for feedback or a review, sent 1 day after delivery.
Reorder reminder
Reminds the customer to buy again, sent 30 days after delivery.
Order cancelled
When an order is cancelled in Shopify (by you, by auto-cancel or by the customer).
First-time purchase
Once per customer, on their first ever order with your shop.
Abandoned cart
When a customer enters checkout but does not complete the order.
OTP message
Sends the one-time verification code before checkout.
